Founding pilot terms

A narrow private keepsake service.

These terms describe the controlled From Everyone founding pilot. Andrew Coughlan is the seller. Contact microappsdesk@proton.me.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18. The recipient and every contributor must be adults, and no minor may appear. The organiser must have authority to invite contributors and submit material. The excluded sensitive-case categories in the privacy notice are outside scope.

Products

Classic (€4.99 one-time) includes a finished Gathered Portrait and printable PDF for up to 12 text/photo contributions. Keepsake (€9.99 one-time) supports up to 25 text/photo/short-voice contributions and adds a private Story Reveal and downloadable archive of approved source contributions. There is no subscription, lifetime unlock or physical product.

Content responsibility

Each uploader must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted material. No unlawful, explicit, sensitive, accusatory, humiliating or confidential content is allowed. Contributors remain responsible for the truth of their contribution. The organiser confirms factual integrity before completion.

Private delivery

Projects are private and use unguessable links. Do not post or forward private links beyond the intended adults. The organiser can revoke links and delete the project immediately. Delivery and retention timings are set out in the privacy notice.

Founding codes and payment

Each founding code is single-use and tied to one completed exported project, not registration. An abandoned unexported project can release its reservation. Cyprus-only live charging opens only after the stated registration-evidence gate. Paid orders stop automatically at the pilot gross-receipts cap.

Refunds and limits

A full refund is available before final delivery if the promised output cannot be delivered, the preview materially misrepresented it, or a valid withdrawal makes completion impossible. The pilot may reject or pause an unsafe, unlawful or out-of-scope project. Delivery does not remove statutory or privacy rights.
