Controlled private-beta terms

A narrow private keepsake service.

These terms describe the controlled From Everyone private beta. No payment is taken in this beta. Contact microappsdesk@proton.me.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18. The recipient and every contributor must be adults, and no minor may appear. The organiser must have authority to invite contributors and submit material. The excluded sensitive-case categories in the privacy notice are outside scope.

Products

Projects are free to start with no card. An organiser can create, invite, collect, moderate, style and preview a draft before payment. Classic (€4.99 on completion) includes a finished Gathered Portrait and applicable printable export for up to 12 text/photo contributions. Keepsake (€9.99 on completion) supports up to 25 text/photo/short-voice contributions and adds a richer private presentation, Story Reveal and downloadable archive of accepted source contributions. There is no subscription, lifetime unlock, current video feature or physical product.

Content responsibility

Each uploader must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted material. No unlawful, explicit, sensitive, accusatory, humiliating or confidential content is allowed. Contributors remain responsible for the truth of their contribution. The organiser confirms factual integrity before completion.

Optional writing assistance

A contributor may choose to send their current message draft to OpenAI for a wording suggestion or send their own typed points for a short recording script. These features are optional, do not send photographs or audio recordings, and never change or submit content automatically. AI output can be incomplete or unsuitable; the contributor must check that it preserves their meaning, contains no invented detail and sounds natural to them before using or recording it.

Private delivery

Projects are private and use unguessable links. Do not post or forward private links beyond the intended adults. The organiser can revoke links and delete the project immediately. Delivery and retention timings are set out in the privacy notice.

Beta codes and later payment

Each private-beta completion code is single-use and tied to one completed exported project, not registration. An abandoned unexported project can release its reservation. Classic €4.99 and Keepsake €9.99 remain the proposed normal one-time completion prices, but checkout is unavailable during this beta.

Refunds and limits

A full refund is available before final delivery if the promised output cannot be delivered, the preview materially misrepresented it, or a valid withdrawal makes completion impossible. The pilot may reject or pause an unsafe, unlawful or out-of-scope project. Delivery does not remove statutory or privacy rights.

Pilot terms version: 1 September 2026.
